Meet the Coaches

Facility Manager & Instructor
We would like to welcome Tyler Pacheco, our new Facility Director! Tyler joins us with an impressive background as the former Manager of the Salem Training Facility, and we are thrilled to bring his expertise to the Stoneham area. Tyler has a truly unique gift for connecting with athletes, breaking down mechanics, and building lasting confidence on and off the field.

Instructor
Nick is an assistant coach at Bentley University and has been a part of the Show for 4 seasons. Nick has a degree in exercise science and a focus in strength and conditioning! We are excited to be able to add him to our team of instructors!

Instructor & Data Analyst
Idelson is a baseball instructor, coach and data analyst with a unique blend of high-level playing experiences and advanced analytics expertise. His approach to coaching bridges the gap between traditional baseball instruction and cutting-edge data, helping players maximize their potential and compete at the highest level!

Instructor
Tristan specializes in pitching development, throwing mechanics, defensive fundamentals, baseball IQ, and the mental side of the game. His goal is to help players build confidence, develop strong fundamentals, and gain a deeper understanding of what it takes to succeed on the field and advance to the next level.

Strength Instructor
Steve Dowling is currently the Baseball Strength and Conditioning Coach for Bentley University and brings 7 years of College Strength and Conditioning experience training Pros, D1 and D2 athletes. He’s going into his third year at Bentley whose Baseball team this past season just went to its first ever College World Series and won its first Conference Championship this past Spring - as well as a team with multiple All-American and All-Conference Players. Prior to Bentley, Steve spent time at D1 schools Bryant University as the Strength Coach for Baseball for two years, and at UMass Lowell for one year. He has his Master’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Merrimack College, and holds high certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has experience training all different kinds of athletes from Softball, Football, Hockey, Soccer, Field Hockey, and even Golf.
