Weight Room Memberships
Dedicated memberships for full access to our on-site strength and conditioning space.
Commit to a 3, 6, or 9 month workout program and start seeing the gains. Each athlete follows a 3–4 day strength program built around their specific needs.
Every athlete starts with an initial assessment and receives a program tailored to their goals. Lift 3 days a week in our gym, with an optional 4th day outside of the gym to keep building.

Summer Training Program
Open to all baseball and softball players ages 11u–18u who are interested in improving their game daily.
Our 2026 Summer Training Program features 1-hour daily classes covering hitting, pitching, fielding, catching, and speed & agility.
Athletes have the flexibility to attend as many classes as they would like, and can even stack classes if they desire more intensive training.
Whether you're looking to sharpen one skill or work on all aspects of your game, this program is built to help you make serious progress this summer.
